By accessing and using SerialPulse Studio (serialpulsestudio.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This web application is designed for embedded systems diagnostics, electronics education, firmware development (Arduino, ESP32, STM32, nRF52), and real-time telemetry visualization.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties & Hardware Safety
This software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. You are solely responsible for all commands, byte sequences, and configurations transmitted via USB/UART serial ports or Bluetooth Low Energy connections to your microcontrollers, actuators, or laboratory equipment.
Engineering Notice: Do not use this browser-based utility in life-support systems, critical medical devices, or heavy industrial machinery where a USB/BLE communication interruption could cause physical harm or property damage.
3. Intellectual Property & Commercial Use
Using the tool for personal, academic, laboratory, and commercial firmware debugging is completely free of charge. All CSV and JSON telemetry files exported from your sessions belong exclusively to you.
