Privacy Policy & Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
1. 100% Local Hardware Data Processing (WebSerial & WebBluetooth)
SerialPulse Studio is engineered as a 100% Client-Side web application. All data streams received from or transmitted to your hardware devices via the native browser APIs navigator.serial (WebSerial API) and navigator.bluetooth (WebBluetooth API) are processed exclusively within the volatile memory (RAM / Ring Buffer) of your own web browser.
No serial telemetry packets, UART commands, console logs, or exported CSV/JSON files are ever uploaded, transmitted, stored, or inspected by our servers. Once loaded, the core instrumentation engine can operate completely offline.
2. Cookies and Google AdSense Advertising
To keep this engineering utility free for developers, students, and makers worldwide, we use Google AdSense to display advertisements in statically reserved containers that never overlap with workspace controls.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies (such as the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites on the Internet.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.
3. LocalStorage & URL Parameter State
We only use your browser's localStorage API to store strictly functional UI preferences (such as Dark or Light IDE theme selection). Non-sensitive session parameters (such as ?baud=115200&eol=crlf) are encoded directly in the URL query string so engineers can bookmark or share configurations without external databases.
4. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR / EEA & UK)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you can review, customize, or withdraw your cookie consent choices at any time via the Google Certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) prompt presented on our website, or contact us directly via our Contact page.
